But when testing citroen berlingo 2008 and geugot 407, he met a problem” communication break down”

We got some pictures of the error message from him

First of all,open key switch

And it only support adding key,not support all key lost.

Then customer need to write the data and send it to factory .

How to get the data record ?

There is a data record in “About” option,open it and match.
Then datas saved in file” LOG”. Insert TF card to laptop and send it to us.

And factory will help to solve the problem.
